I needed a root canal and a crown . I have never had a root canal so I was terrified. Dr. Chennupati was amazing . He completed the root canal on my molar in 30 minutes . I had no discomfort at all! I almost fell asleep. At the same appointment the lovely dental assistant scanned my tooth for a crown. The crown was made right in the office while I waited. The crown fit perfectly. I was in and out of the office in 2 hours! The Doctors and staff are very friendly and efficient . I highly recommend this office!
I felt comfortable with my new dentist right away. Dr. Chennupati listened to me and gave my examination with care. Also, I was seen promptly, not often the case with Dr’s appointments these days.
Dr Raj did a very thorough job replacing a veneer which I appreciated. The practice was nice enough to see me on an emergency basis without first insisting on a cleaning or full set of x-rays. The dental assistant was friendly and knew her work. The manager is someone who is very experienced and knows her way around insurance. It’s a very comfortable practice.
My Sister’s appointment today with Rugby Dental Arts could not have been better. This practice delivered a very warm and kind atmosphere from start to finish. We received the best in professional, excellent care and I would recommend them highly to anyone needing dental services!
