PPO Insurance Plans
Accepted — out-of-network courtesy filing

We warmly welcome patients with PPO insurance, even though we are not currently in-network. As a courtesy, we submit all claims and supporting documentation directly to your insurer on your behalf — you don't have to handle the paperwork.

Because reimbursement from PPO plans is sent directly to the patient by your insurance provider, full payment is collected at the time services are rendered. Once your claim is processed, you can expect to receive reimbursement from your insurer according to your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Humana Medicare & United Concordia
In-network participation — coming soon

We are currently in the credentialing process with Humana Medicare Plans and United Concordia. These contracts are expected to be fully active within the next 60–90 days.

Once in-network, patients covered by these plans will only be responsible for their co-insurance portion at the time of service — significantly reducing out-of-pocket costs.

Medicaid
Not currently accepted

We are not currently in-network with Medicaid. Unfortunately, Medicaid does not reimburse for services provided by out-of-network providers, which means we are unable to submit claims on Medicaid patients' behalf.

Patients with Medicaid coverage are welcome to receive care as cash-paying patients. Please explore our flexible payment options — we're committed to making care accessible for everyone.
